Terms of Service
We at Guru Soundz Ltd offer our customers complete
satisfaction. If you receive our goods damaged in transit
you need to let us know within two days of receiving the goods.
We will refund the cost of the goods although shipping, packaging
and handling charges are not refundable. We allow a two-day
(from the time you receive the goods) grace period on most
items. We will consider an item sold if we are not notified
by email, registered mail or person to person telephone call
within two days of delivery of goods (no exceptions).
To return an item you must call, write or email
for a Return Authorisation. Any
item returned to us without our authorisation will be refused.
Any item returned should be properly packed, insured and shipped
prepaid. We do not exchange or give refunds on books, drum
heads or any flute or reed instruments. All returned items
must be in new condition and the customer will be responsible
for any subsequentdamage incurred.
Shipping Method
We require your complete mailing address and
your daytime telephone number. Any applicable shipping charges,
customs duty and/or service charges that are imposed in clearing
your shipment for entry into your country are extra.
In-Store Pickup
Save on the shipping charges by placing your
order online and picking it up from our showroom. Please do
give us a call beforehand so we will have your order tuned,
inspected and ready to go.
We aAccept payment in the form of Visa, Master Card, American
Express, Solo, Electron, Money Orders, and payment through
Bank Wire Transfers. This website will allow you to view prices
in all currencies. Just click on the Currency Converter button.
Order Options
Shop throughout our store and place the items
you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. Remember, you
may change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart,
as well as remove it completely, at any time.
When you have completed all of your shopping, simply fill
out and submit the online order form. You will then receive
an Order Confirmation/Order Number to which you can refer
to make payments. Be sure to include your daytime phone number
and e-mail address so that we can contact you with any questions
regarding your order.

Indian Instruments - Blemishes and Marring
The majority of Indian instruments are made
exclusively by hand, using minimal tools and as with all folk
instruments, there will be slight variations. There may be
blemishes which are so minor that they will not be noticed
for a while; these are cosmetic flaws, which will have no
adverse effects on the tonal quality of the instrument (we
have already put these instruments through a rigorous inspection
process). An Indian instrument rarely leaves the hands of
his maker without a slight blemish or 'birth mark'.

viewing.
