If your instrument was
shipped to you, please carefully unpack and examine
it for shipping damage.
If damaged, please contact us within
24 hours so that we can begin work on the insurance
claim. Keep the original packaging. It's not a good
idea to return an instrument that has shipping damage
before calling us, as a second journey will complicate
matters considerably, causing more damage and may invalidate
any insurance claim or rights you may be entitled to.
All our instruments are delicate and
should be handled gently. |
